The Poduction Process

Incoming material inspection
High-quality raw materials are the basic part of manufacturing a good product. Our quality inspection team will have someone responsible for different parts. We will conduct a comprehensive inspection of raw materials to ensure compliance with relevant technical standards and qualified products.
Procedimiento de preparación
The preparation procedure refers to the process by which our production person in charge will formulate a plan and scheduling list, arrange each large order and complete the production on time. Then all spare parts required for the production of the entire order are classified.

Each of our scooters has a unique vehicle identification number (VIN) and motor number, which can be registered in the system and legally driven on the street. We have an in-house VIN number printing machine, which can be printed according to customer requirements.
Ensamblaje
This is the main process of scooter production-assembly. When all the preparations are completed, we can start online production. From the frame to the installation of the F&R wheel, then the main controller is connected to all the required electronic components and other necessary covers.
Inspección (prueba de luces y frenos)
The inspection will be carried out during and after the assembly is completed. During the assembly process, when the controller is connected, all parts will be inspected for the first time. After all the assembly is completed, the quality inspectors will carefully inspect all the lights, horns, brakes, etc. again.
Prueba en carretera
Road tests are actually another form of inspection. We have an internal test site with obstacles and up and down slopes. So we can check the climbing ability and braking ability, which are the most important parts of electric scooters.
Empaque y carga
In order to load more quantities in a container. In terms of packaging, for some models, we will remove the front tires and front handles and fix them to the frame. We use an iron frame or sturdy foam to protect the scooter from being damaged during long-term sea transportation.
